ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES
The department of Business Administration and management has the following courses;
a). Certificates in Business,
b). Diploma in Business Management,
c). Bachelor of Business Management, Bachelor of Commerce with NINE Options,
d). MBA with EIGHT Options and MSc. Human Resource management
e). Professional courses i.e. ATCs and CPAs.
MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
The programme has the following specialization;Accounting, Finance, Risk Management and Insurance, International Business Management, Marketing, Operations Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship
Entry Requirement for MBA Programme: Bachelor’s Degree with first class or second class honours upper division, bachelors degree (lower division) with two years working experience
Mode of study: Evening/weekend/School based and Fulltime
Duration of the programme: at least 2years
Admission period: January, May and September every year.
MASTER OF SCIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCEMANAGEMENT
Entry Requirements: bachelor’s degree with at least Upper Second Class honours in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized university, or Bachelor’s Degree, Lower Second Class honours degree in any or a bachelor’s degree at pass level in any discipline from an accredited University with a Credit pass in Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kenya National Examinations Council and other institution recognized by the University Senate

Duration of the programme: at least 2years
Admission period: January, May and September every year.
BACHELOR OF COMMERCE PROGRAMME
This programme has the following areas of specialization; Accounting, Business Administration, Enterprise Development and Management, Finance, Human Resource Management, Insurance and Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, andOperations and Information Systems Management.
Entry Requirements for Bachelor of commerce programme: Min C+ (plus) at KCSE and at least a C (Plain) in mathematics and C+ plus in English or 2 principal Passes and 1 subsidiary at A-level plus atleast a credit in English and mathemeatics at o-level. Or CPS/CPA part 1. Or Diploma in Business related discipline or CPA part I and II( May be admitted into third year)

DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME
Entry Requirement for Diploma in Business Management programme: Mean Grade C (plain) at KCSE or KCE Div III or any other relevant Certificate recognized by senate.
Mode of study: Evening/weekend and Fulltime
Duration of the programme: at least 4 semesters

CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
