The School of Business and Economics (SOBE) being one of the schools in the University became operationalized on first July, 2014. The school has been spearheaded by the Dean, Dr. Kadian Wanyonyi Wanyama since then. The School has the Department of Business Administration and Management and Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting with a student population standing at 1,750. Kibabii University?s School of Business and Economics embodies the view that Science, Technology and Innovation is an indispensable tool in harnessing resources of nature for sustainable development and creating an environment in which human beings can survive and realize their full potential. The School engages and collaborates in policy oriented research that generates new insights that facilitates inclusive growth that enhances access of the poor to opportunities.
